Effective date: June 21, 2026. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through NutriCalcPro.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. Refund requests made after 7 days are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
Renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable once processed. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from the Billing section of your dashboard.
Downgrading or cancelling your plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your paid-tier features until that date.
One-time label purchases (currently $79 for a US FDA label, $99 for a single regional label, or $149 for all 6 regions) are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Because the label files (PDF, SVG, PNG) are made available to download as soon as your payment is confirmed, these purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
If a technical fault on our side prevents your files from being generated or delivered within 24 hours of payment, we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Contact us with your order reference.
Purchasing the wrong region or product type is not grounds for a refund. Please review the region and format details before completing checkout.
To request a refund, contact us at support@nutricalcpro.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Include your order or subscription ID if you have it. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend access to your account while the dispute is being investigated. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues can be resolved faster that way.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
