You can compare any two recipes by entering their ingredients. The tool shows calorie, macronutrient, fiber, sugar, sodium, and fat differences side by side.

Yes. The Nutrition Comparison tool requires a Maker or Expert plan. The tool uses your account to track usage and provide accurate results.

Can I compare saved recipes?

Currently the tool compares raw ingredient lists. Comparing saved recipes directly from your dashboard is coming soon.

What do the arrows mean in the results?

Accepted Answer

The arrows show whether Recipe B has more or less of a nutrient compared to Recipe A. The percentage shows the relative difference.
